Meetings & Minutes The Countryside South Homeowners Association normally meets on the fourth Monday of each month at 7:00 PM , except in December. The meeting is held at the Whispering Pines Fire Department . Complaints Is there a Covenant violation you’d like to report? Do your neighbors not respect your property? Please talk to them first. If the issue cannot be resolved, you may fill out our Complaint Form . Our preference is for all homeowners to handle neighbor issues in a neighborly fashion. Property Changes Residents are reminded everyone needs to obtain permission from the Architectural Control Committee and the CSSHOA Board before making architectural changes to their properties. This includes such things as changing the color of your house or shed, building additions to homes or garages, building sheds or erecting fences. Speed Limit Residents are reminded the SPEED LIMIT is 25 miles per hour . There are many children that play in yards adjacent to the street. Children and many adults ride bicycles and walk in the streets. Please remember hills, curves and blind spots make it difficult for drivers to see children and adults who use the streets. For the safety of all please drive carefully and remind your guests, delivery people and contractors to do the same.
